What OS platforms and software does Lingua Translator support?
Lingua Translator runs on Android, iOS (including iPad), and Windows (Windows 10 and 11).
On Windows, the app works with system-level audio, so it supports desktop programs such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and WeChat, as well as browser-based use for YouTube, live streaming, and more. Both speaker output and microphone input are supported.
Which languages does it support?
Lingua Translator supports live transcription and translation in 100+ languages, covering virtually all mainstream languages you are likely to need.
How is the time and bill calculated?
We count the number of seconds transcribed, and your bill is accurate to the second. Time in the subscription plan (if any) is always used before the pay-per-use time.
Can I request a refund?
For pay-per-use purchases, you can request a refund within two months of purchase. We currently do not support partial refunds and you need to ensure that you have enough pay-per-use time for the order you wish to receive a refund for.
For subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription and continue to use the product until the end of the period, there is no refund.
